This section encompasses information about actions, care, attention, benefits and aids to reduce and prevent vulnerability and risks, victimization, fragility, contingencies citizens and their families may face throughout their life cycle, as a result of social, economic or political constraints, or offense to human dignity, such as: unemployment, illnesses, permanent incapacity; aging; loss of one’s parents or spouse. It also includes actions, care, attention, benefits and aids aimed at the eradication of poverty and inequality and at the promotion of welfare and social protection to families, children, teenagers and youngsters, persons with disabilities and the elderly, among other groups.
